Bio
Web developer and consultant at Link Consulting, recently outsourced to BeActive, and then to SAPO, José is a computer science enthusiast, researcher and Open Source technology adopter. Got the first computer in the early 90's where he spent probably too much of time sit by the monitor, first customizing the MSDOS prompt and environment for his family, then crafting birthday presents with drawings generated from LOGO programs, and finally hacking some old password protected games, with some limited success, unfortunately.
José graduated last year in Computer Science from Instituto Superior Técnico, where he did research and development on Internet television platforms, as the end graduation project. Other Web related works range from portfolio website implementations for artists, designers and interior design companies, while in Freelance to pay the bills, and, more fun, customized startup page and widget technology research and development.
