AlertMeThere! allows you to set up alarms, so that your mobile phone will notify you whenever you reach the associated location. The idea is not to setup an alert for a specific hour, but instead for a specific location. E.g. "I don't know when I'll leave codebits, but when I arrive home, I must remember to upload the photos!"
