I'm a IT student at the Universidade Nova de Lisboa, with some experience on developing web and intranet applications based on PHP. For two years now I've been a Linux user and I've been tinkering about with Java and Python source code. I've attended Codebits 2008 and 2009 editions (thanks for accepting me btw *wink wink*) and last year I've developed a simple comand line SAPO Pond application but decided not to present it (since there was already a team with an awesome AIR application that did exactly that and so much more). Out of the open-source world, I've attended a Summer course on INETI in Lisbon, which gave me experience on the Microsoft dot Net platform especially in GDI . My contributions to the open-source community: https://launchpad.net/~skkeeper http://github.com/skkeeper If accepted I'll be staying in the event for all three days (like ive done in all my previous editions) and there always the chance I'll bring some home made chocolate cake :)
