I think Android's interface documentation is really complete and well arranged (better than iOS6 or Windows Phone). As this is the only (from the 3 most important) mobile system for which I haven't designed yet, I'd be awesome to get into that beforehand.

On the Usability topic, why not discuss the low level Android? I mean, why not talk about How do people port Android to other devices? How do they develop drivers and custom ROM's that enhance the Usability of Android? This would give a great talk, as it is the foundation of large communities such as XDA, CyanogenMod, MIUI, and so many others!

Although I don't develop for native Android but mobile web apps that are also wrapped as native android apps, I hope this talk shows some guidelines that are mobile-wide and not only Android! Will try to go! :)
